Each company that uses Copernicus has a url to access the timing software. To access Copérnico you need to know the url of your company.
You can access the panel of Copérnico through https://yourcompanyname.app.copernico.cloud. Enter your email and password and click on the “Start session” button.

Introduction to copernico
copernico is a cloud platform optimized for use in Google Chrome. Although it can be accessed from other browsers, some functionalities may not be available. ⚙️
Access and authentication
When registering, you must provide an email address. You will receive a message with a link to activate your account and set a password. After that, you can log in using the company name and your user account.
Administration panel
If you access as an administrator, you can manage all users in the company. Each user has their own documents and personalized presets, visible to others but categorized by username.
The panel also provides access to:
- Races list
- Credits usage
- User management
- Available plugins
- Bug reporting (if enabled)
- Help center
- Log out
General races panel
The main panel displays all available races, organized into current and past races. From here you can add new competitions and use the search tools.
Race menu
When selecting a race, the menu changes to show event-specific options:
- Customizable control panel
- General race configuration
- Participant management
- Readings management
- Document generation
- Chip sequencing
- Action history
- Available plugins
copernico API architecture
copernico is built as an API-oriented system. Its open architecture allows integrating external registration platforms and developing custom data exchange workflows.
